After a long run, it was time for Lamborghini to inject a little life in the little bull and now we have it – the Huracan Evo RWD. Normally the Huracan is AWD, but this removes that safety net, replaced by raw driving pleasure and excitement. To the casual observer there is very little different from the original, with a new aggressive front bumper and a rear bumper that houses two more central exhaust exits like on the Performante.
There’s also a little ducktail spoiler built into the rear decklid now, more sculpted side skirts and some new wheel designs. Under that sleek bodywork still sits a 5.2 litre naturally aspirated V10, but it now puts out 602bhp and 560Nm of torque which in this RWD model is sent only to the rear wheels - this is not a car for the faint-hearted.
The inside has seen some upgrades too, with a new driver interface called Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata (LDVI) which monitors all different aspects of the vehicle every 20 milliseconds and constantly adjusts things like the steering, torque vectoring and suspension to suit.
